At Kids & Company, we are seeking passionate educators who can deliver tailored emergent curriculums while accurately documenting children’s progress. This role requires collaboration with external professionals to support holistic child development, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations in classrooms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver emergent curriculum based on each child's development
• Maintain accurate documentation, including reports and attendance
• Support emotional and cognitive growth in children
• Collaborate with professionals like Speech-Language Pathologists
• Ensure classroom compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements:
• Valid Nova Scotia ECE License
• Clear Vulnerable Sector and Child Abuse Registry Checks
• First Aid and CPR Certification (Level B or
C)
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs safely
