Position: IMP Aerospace Trainer for Aircraft Systems
Leverage your aircraft maintenance expertise as a Trainer with IMP Aerospace & Defence. This position focuses on shaping future professionals through targeted training programs.

As part of the training team, you'll work closely with the Manager, Training, to instruct on various aircraft maintenance subjects.

Your role will involve developing comprehensive training materials, collaborating with internal customers, and coaching fellow team members. This rewarding position helps nurture a culture of safety and excellence across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and present engaging training programs

• Collaborate with internal teams to design solutions

• Work with subject matter experts on course preparation

• Prepare assessments for training sessions

• Mentor apprentices and other junior team members

Requirements:

• 5-10 years' experience in aircraft maintenance

• Excellent classroom and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Demonstrated leadership in educational settings

• Compliance with security clearance protocols
