We seek skilled technicians to lead and perform complex composite repairs on wind turbine blades and components. Your expertise and positive attitude will ensure you maintain high standards of safety and quality while mentoring junior technicians. This role requires strong communication abilities, as you will collaborate with multiple teams to ensure project success.

• Perform advanced repairs on turbine blades, nacelles, and more
• Supervise and support a team of technicians
• Assist with setup, inspection, and overhaul of turbines
• Work collaboratively to resolve technical issues
• Stay current with industry standards and safety practices

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in composite repairs
• Valid drivers license needed
• Ability to work in diverse environmental conditions
• Previous GWO and IRATA certifications preferred
• Solid communication skills mandatory
