Environmental and Safety Coordinator

Lead health and safety efforts as an Environmental and Safety Coordinator in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Collaborate with project teams to uphold HSE standards and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement project HSE and environmental safety measures

• Conduct inspections and support corrective actions

• Gather, review, and input on trade documentation

• Engage with stakeholders to maintain safety standards

• Assist in emergency response planning and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in Occupational Health and Safety

• At least 1 year experience in safety-related roles

• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech adoption

• Knowledge of health and safety legislation
