JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you ready to make a real impact? As a Junior Industrial Engineer, you'll play a key role in transforming how we build, repair, and deliver world‑class vessels. This is your opportunity to design smarter processes, improve tools and workstations, and help drive efficiency across every stage of ship construction.

In this role, you won't just follow instructions— you'll lead improvements. You'll tackle complex challenges independently, applying scientific methods to analyze issues, uncover root causes, test new ideas, and turn successful solutions into standard practice.

If you're driven by innovation, energized by problem‑solving, and excited to see your ideas directly influence production, we want you on our team. Step into a role where your engineering mindset truly matters.

Apply now and help shape the future of modern shipbuilding.
