In this strategic position, you will oversee the development of quality metrics, support quality data initiatives, and lead performance improvement projects across AOPS and RCD. Your background in engineering and quality assurance will be vital for collaborative problem-solving and efficiency in operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and automate key metrics ensuring quality compliance
• Manage scheduling and inspection workflows
• Work closely with Quality Engineering and managerial teams
• Facilitate continuous improvement documentation and procedures
• Analyze and update Inspection and Test Plans accurately
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent training
• 4-7 years of experience in shipbuilding or quality engineering
• Professional Engineer or Engineer-in-Training designation preferred
• Knowledge of lean/six sigma methodologies is advantageous
• Ability to communicate complex issues effectively
