Key Responsibilities   Support operational teams and onsite staff in building operations
Execute planning for capital improvements and upgrades
Keep spare parts stock to minimize service disruptions
Analyze utility data for building performance
Collaborate with tenants and service providers
Requirements   At least five years of experience in a building operations role
Technical certification in HVAC, electrical, or mechanical systems
Exceptional organizational skills and project management ability
Robust analytical skills for data interpretation
Experience in building automation systems is beneficial
