Configuration Management Specialist

Become a key member of Babcock in Halifax, Nova Scotia, as a Junior Configuration Management Specialist. Support a large Naval program by managing data and enhancing documentation processes.
Babcock is seeking a Junior Configuration Management Specialist to optimize configuration management systems for a significant Naval project. With at least one year of relevant experience, you'll tackle configuration management issues, ensuring data integrity within the PDM Vault. You'll also prepare deliverables while collaborating with engineering teams for successful program outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the configuration management infrastructure for the Naval program

• Manage configuration data in the PDM Vault effectively

• Clean-up existing configuration data for modern tools

• Prepare updated drawings using Adobe Pro and PDM Vault

• Resolve problems using Clew – Risk and Assurance Software
Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in a technical field is an asset

• 1+ years in a configuration management role

• Familiarity with EIA-649C standards

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

• Eligible for Canadian Secret Security Clearance
