Fleetway is seeking ILS Analysts dedicated to enhancing the life cycle of next-generation naval systems. In this role, you will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to perform Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) and improve Availability, Reliability, and Maintainability (AR & M) strategies. Your analytical skills will help guide design decisions and operational tolerances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute Logistic Support Analysis to inform maintenance concepts

• Develop strategies for spare parts and life-cycle support

• Monitor obsolescence and implement mitigation planning

• Create and maintain S1000D technical publications

• Lead quality assurance for integrated logistics deliverables
Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or a related field

• Junior: 0-4 years of relevant experience

• Intermediate: 4+ years in ILS or logistics analysis

• Senior: 8+ years with mentoring or project lead experience

• Eligibility for Canadian Government Security Clearance
