Senior Electrical Engineer

Aplin is seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to manage critical engineering projects. With a focus on delivering creative solutions and providing valuable technical advice, you'll play a key role in guiding teams towards project success. In this role, staying current on emerging technologies is crucial, along with the mentorship of junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver engineering projects on-time and on-budget
• Write comprehensive reports for peer and design reviews
• Influence engineering decisions through technical advice
• Train and mentor junior engineers effectively
• Estimate work packages for project dependencies
Requirements:
• Minimum 7 years experience in Electrical Engineering
• Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
• Strong knowledge of design principles
• Eligible for Canadian government security clearance
• Familiarity with ECAD tools and engineering software
