Key Responsibilities- Lead as a technical advisor for engineering projects
- Develop and refine design procedures for the team
- Engage in interdisciplinary project deliverables review
- Perform quality control on design calculations
- Manage engineering budgets and schedules
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering
- At least six years in structural design
- Must meet security clearance requirements
- Excellent verbal communication and facilitation skills
- Experience with marine structures is beneficial
