Location: halifax regional municipality
Join DOF Subsea as a Senior Surveyor conducting vital projects in Paradise, NL. This role emphasizes overseeing survey operations while ensuring data quality and equipment calibration.
As a Senior Surveyor, you will work a 4 to 6 week rotation focusing on both local and international projects. Your responsibilities will include supervising survey equipment checks, coordinating mobilization, developing project procedures, and managing field operations. Leadership in guiding the offshore survey team and ensuring compliance with safety standards is critical.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise checks of survey equipment before projects
• Coordinate mobilization of tools on vessels
• Oversee data flow during calibration and logging
• Manage daily field operations and contractual requirements
• Provide guidance to offshore survey teams
Requirements:
• Degree in Hydrographic Survey or related
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in surveying
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document control
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Understand health and safety operational standards
Utilize your skills in supervising, data management, and offshore operations as part of the DOF Subsea team.
