Engineering Program Manager for RCD

Ensure the success of the River Class Destroyer program as a proactive Program Manager. Lead the technical teams to deliver on schedule and within budget for critical engineering outcomes.

Focused on enhancing Canada’s naval capabilities, you will manage multiple aspects of the program, including scope and performance metrics. Close collaboration with stakeholders is essential to facilitate clear communication and ensure commitment to strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct leadership for program scope and performance

• Oversee engineering delivery teams meeting quality standards

• Work with leadership on program priorities and risks

• Execute large engineering programs to meet deadlines

• Monitor program schedules, costs, and performance metrics

• Coordinate efforts across teams and subcontractors

• Serve as a communication bridge with clients and stakeholders

• Enhance governance and management processes continuously

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or similar discipline

• 5-8+ years of Project or Program Management experience

• History of managing large-scale engineering initiatives

• PMP Certification preferred

• Compliance with CGP and security clearance necessary
