STC is seeking a Subcontractor Administrator to oversee subcontract management for the Scarborough Subway Extension project. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring transparency in rates, and managing compliance with contract requirements. A strong foundation in construction law and excellent negotiation skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Administer and review assigned subcontracts regularly
• Coordinate operational activities and contractual obligations
• Verify and negotiate Change Request Forms accurately
• Maintain records of change logs and summary reports
• Conduct performance evaluations for subcontractors
Requirements:
• 3+ years in contract administration/coordination experience
• Relevant educational background in Engineering or Business
• Strong knowledge of construction law and ethics
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Manage subcontractor relationships and contractual compliance for STC, contributing to expanding Toronto's transit system.
