ITC Group specializes in HVAC equipment and has over 40 years of experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning. Over the past few years, the company has completed several large-scale projects for various types of organizations such as hospitals, commercial and industrial buildings, and more across Quebec and the Maritimes .
ITC Technlogies operates four offices (Quebec City, Laval, and the Maritimes) and includes six divisions .

We are currently inviting you to join our dynamic Halifax team as an Inside Sales Representative within our sales department.

POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in the selection of various products

  • Assist engineers in the design of mechanical systems with contractors and engineering firms

  • Provide after-sales service

  • Strengthen technical knowledge through XXX suppliers and guidance from the department director

  • Develop the expertise required to deliver technical presentations (products, installation, and applications)

  • Promote products to consulting engineers and across the entire XXX sales network

  • Support the sales team in the preparation of quotations

  • Identify and understand the competitive positioning of products

  • Stay informed about new technologies and ensure proper market positioning

REQUIRED SKILLS and QUALITIES

  • 0 to 3 years of experience in the HVAC industry
  • Specialized studies in building mechanics an asset
    • College degree in building mechanics or University degree in mechanical engineering/building/construction
  • Possess a good learning capacity
  • Demonstrate team spirit
  • Demonstrate rigor and attention to detail for quality work
  • Demonstrate great autonomy and proactivity and resourcefulness
  • Have excellent priority and time management and a good sense of urgency
  • Be organized and have the ability to manage several projects at once
  • Demonstrate good communication skills
  • Good listening and good judgment in decision-making
  • Have exemplary sales, customer service and follow-up skills
  • Have a good knowledge of MS Office software
