Position: Test Engineer for Mechanical and Electrical Systems

This position requires hands-on expertise, providing support across various testing phases from design to execution. You'll be responsible for the calibration, fabrication, commissioning of test equipment, and troubleshooting issues as they arise. Collaborating closely with the engineering team, your contributions will help develop and optimize testing systems while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support mechanical and electrical testing process from concept to execution

• Design, fabricate, and calibrate test equipment to ensure safety

• Execute assigned tests following safety procedures to provide quality data

• Troubleshoot test equipment and perform preventive maintenance

• Document and maintain accurate records of test results and equipment

Requirements:

• 3+ years in product/R&D lab or test facility

• Knowledge of instrumentation and data acquisition systems

• Experience in test station design and modifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Electrical engineering skills and test station wiring experience are assets
