You will support Operational Test & Evaluation (OT&E) and Tactical Development for underwater combat systems. Expect to conduct essential analyses, validate system performance, and collaborate with RCN stakeholders in a mix of office and shipboard settings. Your analytical skills will directly impact the success of naval operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and specify metrics for testing objectives

• Provide expertise in underwater warfare technologies

• Oversee data analysis, collection, and modeling efforts

• Collaborate proactively in small teams at sea and ashore

• Maintain a strong focus on zero-harm safety practices

Requirements:

• Eligible for Government of Canada security clearance

• Past experience as RCN/RCAF Warfare Officer required

• Understanding of naval systems and procedures needed

• Strong organizational and communication skills emphasized

• Familiarity with operational analysis is advantageous
