This role involves working within a technical, cross- functional team to develop current capabilities and enhance existing systems. You will be responsible for procurement support of EW subsystems and ensuring rigorous system design throughout all phases.

• Collaborate with diverse teams to enhance EW system design
• Support procurement processes for various subsystems
• Generate and review system requirements and design documents
• Participate in program reviews and address integration issues
• Verify and validate system designs to meet specifications

• Proven experience in systems engineering teams
• Solid background in Electronic Warfare systems
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Problem-solving capabilities in project development
• Willingness to support both domestic and international travel
