Join SFM as a Solutions Engineer specializing in Drones and UAVs. This full-time role focuses on providing expert technical support and solutions in a dynamic environment.
As a Solutions Engineer at SFM, you will directly support drone and UAV technologies in a field-based capacity. Collaborate closely with customers and internal teams to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions for successful deployments. There will be opportunities for ongoing learning and professional development while contributing to an industry in transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary technical contact for customers and sales teams
• Diagnose hardware/software issues and provide quick resolutions
• Maintain deep knowledge of drone solutions and industry standards
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions
• Develop technical documentation and educational resources
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in technical support within the drone industry
• Advanced Pilot Certificate and SFOC required
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English and French
• Ability to adapt and manage time effectively
