In this role, you'll leverage your 8 years of expertise in power electronics to design and validate essential hardware. Mainspring is looking for a candidate who thrives in hands-on development, possesses excellent communication skills, and enjoys collaborative problem-solving. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop power electronics hardware solutions for our generators
• Ensure designs meet performance and emissions standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware challenges
• Work with production teams for manufacturability improvements
• Act as an expert on assigned hardware systems
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or higher
• At least 8 years in power electronics design
• Circuit design and simulation proficiency
• Strong skills in power semiconductor selection
• Ability to communicate effectively across teams
