Position: Naval Architecture Life Cycle Manager Position
Randstad Canada is looking for a Life Cycle and Materiel Manager specializing in marine mechanical systems based in Halifax or Victoria. This hybrid position involves significant responsibility for naval engineering management.

In this role, known as Life Cycle and Materiel Manager – Marine Mechanical Specialist, you will support Royal Canadian Navy programs by ensuring effective engineering oversight of propulsion and other mechanical systems. Your extensive experience will be vital in managing lifecycle activities and collaborating with diverse teams to maintain compliance and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee equipment and material management functions

• Conduct configuration audits and design support

• Provide technical guidance on equipment operations

• Monitor performance through reports and investigations

• Prepare documentation for work packages and quotations

Requirements:

• Minimum educational requirement: 3-year technical program diploma

• 8 years relevant professional experience in marine sectors

• Strong knowledge of hull systems and fittings

• Familiarity with safety regulations

• Effective communication skills in English
