NVIDIA is seeking a skilled senior engineer to innovate in DFT Power, Thermal, and Voltage Noise Methodology. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and implementing new approaches for chip improvement. You will analyze post-silicon data and assist in the deployment of DFT methodologies, ensuring high standards for manufacturing tests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovate DFT Power and Thermal solutions for GPU manufacturing

• Partner with development teams to enhance chip quality

• Analyze post-silicon power data for next-gen architecting

• Deploy DFT methodologies using AI and Gen AI solutions

• Mentor junior engineers on trade-offs and test designs

Requirements:

• BSEE with 12+, MSEE with 10+, or PhD with 6+ years

• Understanding of DFT, VLSI power, timing, and noise

• Experience with Power/Thermal Analysis tools

• Proficiency in data analysis using statistical tools

• Knowledge of silicon debug and ATE platforms
