Position: Metrology Test Engineer at Boeing
Join Boeing as a Metrology Test and Evaluation Engineer in El Segundo or Huntington Beach, CA. Your expertise in test procedures, calibration, and statistical analysis will drive measurement solutions in manufacturing.

This role supports the Metrology and Test Equipment Services group  successful candidate will participate in developing standardized test processes, calibration procedures, and data analysis tools over various projects. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key in improving engineering practices and customer service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop standardized test methods and processes

• Lead the creation of test procedures and tools

• Design calibration systems and test fixtures

• Analyze and format test data for customer requirements

• Oversee training and guidance for engineering teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 5+ years in metrology and calibration procedures

• Experience with RF, dimensional, and optical equipment

• Proficiency in statistical analysis and project management

• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office tools
