Duke Marine Technical Services seeks a Technical Lead with a focus on Detail Design. This permanent, on-site role requires strong technical leadership and skills in 3D modeling and engineering compliance.
In this role, you will leverage over five years of engineering experience to guide your team through complex design processes. Your responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance and quality outputs while managing project timelines and budgets. Communication and technical competency are key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide advice and technical leadership to design teams
• Lead prioritization of team activities for projects
• Utilize CAD for detailed engineering activities
• Address complex design issues and propose resolutions
• Check engineering deliverables against regulatory standards
Requirements:
• Vocational qualifications or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in engineering or detail design
• Proven experience with large projects and data systems
• Competent in design standards and procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
