Join Hitachi Rail as a Senior Project Manager focused on technical projects in the Greater Toronto Area. Utilize your CBTC signaling system expertise to ensure project success and profitability.
In this role, you will lead projects that require strong technical knowledge while managing resources and delivering on customer expectations. Your capacity to communicate effectively with teams and clients will be crucial for navigating project phases successfully while adhering to company processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage project P&L and execution strategy
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage expectations
• Implement EAC processes with Operations support
• Support team development and performance optimization
• Conduct postmortem analysis for continuous improvement
Requirements:
• 15 years of experience in a related field
• Minimum of 5 years as a project manager leading teams
• Degree in Engineering relevant to the role
• Strong background in Communication-Based Train Control
• Located in the GTA area and able to deliver under pressure
