Drive propulsion system successes as a Program Manager at Muon Space in San Jose. Oversee the delivery from design through production while meeting project goals for government and commercial contracts.
The Technical Program Manager role is pivotal within the Mission Engineering team. You will ensure timely hardware delivery and integration under defined schedules and budgets. Collaborate closely with propulsion, systems, and manufacturing teams to create well-organized project roadmaps that lead to optimized performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead production efforts, managing design, build, and test phases
• Own transition procedures from development to production
• Coordinate hardware/software integration for propulsion units
• Engage with stakeholders for resource and procurement coordination
• Track program metrics for cost, schedule, and performance
Requirements:
• B.S. in engineering; M.S. is beneficial
• 6+ years in engineering or technical program management
• Demonstrated success in hardware program execution
• Preferred propulsion experience
• Ability to manage integrated master schedules
