Join Seguin Morris as a Telecommunications Foreman, leading teams in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Oversee diverse infrastructure projects while ensuring safety and excellence throughout Atlantic Canada.
In this leadership position, you will manage a new field crew, responsible for telecommunications projects such as new tower constructions and rooftop installations. You should have at least 3–5 years of relevant experience and a robust understanding of telecommunications infrastructure. Ensure projects meet safety standards while maximizing resources and mentoring junior technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise telecommunications field crews
• Execute maintenance and upgrade activities
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety assessments
• Coordinate materials and subcontractors effectively
• Complete project updates and daily reports
Requirements:
• 3–5+ years in telecommunications experience
• Prior role as a Telecommunications Foreman
• Experience with 5G infrastructure and wiring systems
• Solid problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel across Atlantic Canada
