Position: Contract Compliance Officer at Metrolinx
Play a pivotal role in contract compliance with Metrolinx as a Contract Compliance Officer. This 18-month contract involves ensuring adherence to maintenance agreements across the Greater Golden Horseshoe region.

As a skilled Contract Compliance Officer at Metrolinx, you will ensure contractors comply with terms of maintenance contracts. You will apply your technical expertise in regulatory inspections and project budgeting while conducting audits in the field to guarantee safety and standards. Collaboration with external consultants and suppliers will be essential for enhancing operational systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure contractor compliance with maintenance contract terms

• Provide technical support for inspections and contract development

• Partner with consultants to explore innovative technologies

• Prepare project estimates and forecast implementation timelines

• Conduct field audits to reinforce compliance and safety standards

Requirements:

• University degree in a related discipline or equivalent certification

• Experience in railway corridor rehabilitation and contract management

• Knowledge of RAC track maintenance standards and legislation

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite for contract administration

• A G License required for this role
