This key role in Stantec's Program Management team requires an experienced Senior Cost Advisor with a thorough understanding of estimating practices and project management. Your responsibilities will encompass everything from preparing cost reports to overseeing estimating procedures for diverse sectors including nuclear and transit systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review comprehensive project cost estimates

• Analyze and assess project changes and claims

• Collaborate with team members on estimating guidelines

• Perform probabilistic simulations and risk assessments

• Support project procurement with cost data

Requirements:

• 10 years of relevant experience in civil estimating

• Technical degree or a similar qualification required

• Strong knowledge of civil engineering and procurement practices

• Effective communication and decision-making skills

• Familiarity with estimating software and best practices
