You will oversee the testing and maintenance of Victoria Class Submarine systems, providing technical guidance to Test Specialists and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams. Your ability to diagnose faults and troubleshoot complex issues ensures high system reliability and readiness for defense operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute testing and maintenance for submarine systems
• Act as Test Director for multi-disciplinary teams
• Resolve technical issues and communicate with stakeholders
• Provide leadership and mentorship to Test Specialists
• Support documentation and compliance standards
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in engineering technology
• 8+ years of relevant technical experience
• Eligible for AScT, CET, or P. Eng. designation
• Experience in marine or naval environments
• Strong communication and software proficiency
