In this vital role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development of site-wide water management plans and operational support services. Your experience with water balance models and understanding of surface water hydrology will be critical as you communicate with engineering teams and manage regulatory compliance affecting water systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive water management strategies
• Build and manage effective water balance models
• Collaborate on water management infrastructure projects
• Monitor water quality and quantity programs
• Support compliance with environmental regulations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hydrology or relevant discipline
• 8-10 years in water management, preferably in mining
• Strong understanding of stormwater management
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• P.Eng. or P.Geo. designation preferred
