Become a Configuration Management Specialist at PAL Aerospace, contributing to the transformative Future Aircrew Training Program for the RCAF. Ensure effective management of aircraft configurations while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
At PAL Aerospace, your expertise will shape the configuration management landscape of aviation training solutions. You will interact across departments, including engineering and supply chain, to uphold best practices in configuration control.
Your role will involve defining processes, ensuring compliance, and conducting system audits.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain configuration processes for aerospace programs
• Manage technical configuration items and baselines for aircraft
• Plan and execute configuration verification and audits
• Facilitate change management through impact analysis
• Provide authoritative configuration status reports
Requirements:
• 10+ years’ experience in aerospace engineering contexts
• 5+ years’ experience in technical design or engineering roles
• Strong knowledge of CM standards, particularly ISO 10007
• Proven track record with Configuration Control Boards
• Strong communication and mentoring abilities
