As a Continuous Improvement Engineer, you will leverage your professional background to analyze business processes in aircraft maintenance and supply chain management.
Your role involves utilizing a variety of analytical tools to advocate for process enhancements. By preparing documentation and training, you will promote continuous improvement culture throughout the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze processes for improvement opportunities
• Implement changes using standard improvement techniques
• Facilitate teams in the change process
• Manage project timelines and deliverables
• Prepare and present reports on impact of initiatives
Requirements:
• Professional Industrial Engineer background
• Extensive training in six sigma and lean manufacturing
• Proven track record in change implementation
• Strong skills in MS Office and Power BI
• Experience with Kaizen events preferred
