Lead innovative solutions for the Royal Canadian Navy with Ultra Maritime as a Senior Systems Engineer. Influence multi-mission projects in Anti-Submarine Warfare and ensure mission success.
As a key member of the project team, you'll use your in-depth Systems Engineering skills to navigate complex challenges in naval defense. The role requires managing technical work packages and guiding smaller teams to meet cost and quality requirements. You'll serve as the subject matter expert, making crucial decisions that shape the future of naval warfare.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop engineering solutions within time, cost, and quality limits
• Support technical proposal efforts and bids
• Define and manage system and subsystem requirements
• Lead System Design through analysis
• Direct Integration, Verification, and Validation strategies
Requirements:
• 6+ years in Systems Engineering, preferably in defense
• Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering lifecycle
• Proven experience interfacing with senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with Military Standards in EMI/EMC
• Maintain eligibility for secret security clearance
