RVA is seeking a full-time Engineering Designer passionate about civil, municipal, and water engineering. You will assist in designing, analyzing, and managing municipal infrastructure projects while working closely with engineers, planners, and construction teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in design and construction management of infrastructure projects
• Perform technical evaluations to support engineering solutions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required
• 2-3+ years of relevant engineering experience
