RESPONSIBILITIES
Greeting residents and their guests, screening persons entering the building
Answering the telephone
Dispensing mail, deliveries & packages and taking rental payments
Logging maintenance requests
Recording incidents that occur & responding to requests
Parking control
Monitor security camera and surveillance
QUALIFICATIONS
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Outgoing personality
Enjoy interacting with people.
Self-motivated
Organized - ability to handle multiple tasks

Experience with security cameras an asset
