Key Responsibilities:
• Design player progression mechanics and XP systems
• Build and tune in-game economies and reward systems
• Create monetization content and trust-driven structures
• Collaborate on planning for live events and gameplay incentives
• Analyze data for system improvements and usability
Requirements:
• 4+ years game design experience in systems and live games
• Proven experience owning progression or monetization systems
• Analytical skills with experience in spreadsheets
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine 5 and basic C++ scripting
• Document and communicate design plans effectively
