Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this role focuses on maintaining cleanliness across the casino, including gaming floors and kitchens. You'll excel in multi-tasking while using industrial cleaning machinery, adhering to safety standards, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform cleaning duties across the casino and back-of-house areas
• Safely operate heavy cleaning machinery like buffers and extractors
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Cultivate positive relationships with guests and colleagues
• Provide an outstanding guest experience with high contact interaction
Requirements:
• Experience with industrial cleaning methods and chemicals
• Ability to lift 40 lbs and handle chemicals safely
• Effective communication and guest service skills
• Flexibility to work backshifts and adapt to schedules
• Obtain a Gaming License successfully
