As a Slot Technician, you'll work under the guidance of your supervisor, maintaining video machines and other gaming equipment.
Your role includes mechanical repairs, electrical troubleshooting, and adherence to safety protocols. This position also involves installing and documenting equipment shifts and ensuring excellent communication within the team and with guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine and major maintenance on slot machines
• Troubleshoot electronic issues and provide technical support
• Repair automated gaming units and other casino devices
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and safety standards
• Cultivate strong relationships with all stakeholders
Requirements:
• Electronics Diploma or relevant Slot Technician experience
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours in a casino environment
• Excellent attendance and work history
• Must complete Slot Technician training successfully
