You’ll assist in organizing event operations, liaising with vendors, and ensuring all production needs are met effectively. Experience in event planning is crucial, along with an eagerness to adapt to the fast-paced environment of live events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Project Manager in festival operations

• Prepare advance documents for production areas

• Facilitate communication with vendors

• Maintain organization of production-related documents

• Assist with credential preparations for events

Requirements:

• Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and Power Point

• Clear and effective communication abilities

• Background in event management and coordination

• Proven multitasking and organizational skills

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
