Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in festival area operations management
• Compile essential documents for production
• Serve as a liaison between vendors and the production team
• Define production requirements clearly to everyone involved
• Organize and facilitate credential materials for events
Requirements:
• Expertise in Excel, Word, and Power Point
• Effective in both electronic and verbal communication
• Experienced in event planning and coordination
• Strong multitasking capabilities
• Must lift up to 50 pounds and keep pace in busy environments
