Gaming Floor Guest Services Representative

This position, reporting to the Slot Floor Supervisor, involves greeting guests, addressing inquiries, and promoting casino services including the Players Club. You'll play a key role in ensuring guests feel valued and informed during their visit.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist guests with inquiries and promotions
• Manage Power Rewards and facilitate Player Club sign-ups
• Make engaging announcements to enhance guest experiences
• Promote goodwill with tour groups and bus visits
• Respond to and resolve guest issues effectively
Requirements:
• 2 years minimum customer service experience needed
• NSAGD License is essential
• Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Capacity to work in a lively casino atmosphere
• Experience in guest-facing roles preferred
Deliver exceptional guest service and represent the spirit of Casino Nova Scotia with every interaction.
