Indigo is at the forefront of parking management, and we are looking for reliable Valet Drivers to join our Atlantic Canada operations. This role involves greeting guests, parking vehicles with care, and fostering positive customer relationships. You will be crucial in enhancing our guests' parking experience while maintaining safety and cleanliness.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests and assist with their vehicles
• Safely park and retrieve cars as needed
• Inspect vehicles for damage and maintain records
• Handle guest payments and ticketing processes
• Keep the parking area and workspace clean and organized
Requirements:
• Valid Class 5 Canadian driver's license required
• Minimum three years of driving experience necessary
• Previous experience in customer service preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent needed
• Must communicate effectively and manage guest inquiries
