Senior Associate, Genesis, Portfolio Operations

Reporting to the Associate Director, Genesis, Portfolio Operations, this is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic, fast-growing organization in Financial Services.

You Will:

• Reconcile, validate and book FOF trading activities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review/book daily cash transactions of clients that are under the target operating model.
• Work collaboratively with Client Service team in the Hedge Fund trade execution process to create efficiencies and reduce processing time.
• Perform investment daily quantity reconciliation between the Security Master and the related accounting system.
• Work to address FOF trade related enquiries and issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned and incidental to the work described above (i.e. underlying fund price review and back testing, possibly GAV review, etc.)

You Have:

• University degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, Math, Accounting or an equivalent combination of education and related work experience
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Products
• Experience in fund administration or asset management industry is considered an asset
