  • About the Opportunity

    Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, the Director of Revenue Cycle plays a critical leadership role in overseeing and optimizing Accounts Receivable, Billing, Ecommerce, and Client Service operations. This role is responsible for strengthening revenue cycle performance, advancing digital billing solutions, and ensuring strong financial controls, compliance, and customer experience across the organization.

    In addition, you will:

  • Lead AR, billing, ecommerce, and client service operations within a centralized finance environment.
  • Establish and maintain billing policies, pricing frameworks, and governance standards.
  • Ensure revenue is accurately recorded, tracked, billed, and collected across all service lines.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the VP, Finance on revenue performance, billing strategy, and collections.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Lead change management related to finance transformation, system enhancements, and new service launches.
  • Establish and maintain strong financial controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Oversee government funding, reimbursement, and regulated billing processes, where applicable.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), aged receivables, and cash flow performance.
  • Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams with a focus on service excellence and accountability.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support integrated financial operations.
  • About You

    In addition to placing high value on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement, you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA designation is considered an asset.
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in revenue cycle management, billing, and accounts receivable within a high-volume environment.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a leadership role managing teams and financial operations.
  • Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and risk management.
  • Proven experience leading process improvement, change initiatives, and system or technology adoption.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong overall computer literacy.
  • Experience with ERP, billing, ecommerce, or POS systems;
    Yardi experience is considered an asset.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience in healthcare, seniors’ care, hospitality, or rental environments is considered an asset.
