TELUS is looking for a passionate Senior Pension Consultant with at least 10 years of Defined Benefit Pension Administration. You’ll oversee client relationship management while ensuring compliance and quality in pension services. Additionally, you will facilitate training and support for team members to foster their growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and sustain excellent client relations
• Review and report on benefit calculations and reports
• Manage multiple project deliverables
• Lead internal service delivery initiatives
• Coach team members in their professional development
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years in pension administration
• Degree in Actuarial Science or related field
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Knowledgeable with pension administration software
