At Citco, the Transformation Office seeks an AVP who will support key initiatives within investor relations, transfer agency, and compliance. This role involves collaborating with senior management, client stakeholders, and internal teams to translate objectives into actionable plans. Your expertise will guide a dedicated client engagement and influence operational enhancements through automation and integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support transformation across investor relations, AML, and KYC
• Collaborate with senior management on client transformation plans
• Oversee stakeholder engagement, managing expectations
• Identify business improvements through automation and integration
• Provide subject matter expertise in investor relations and AML/KYC
Requirements:
• 6-8 years in Investor Relations, AML or KYC
• Strong client-facing experience with senior stakeholders
• Professional degree or relevant certification
• Experience in operational improvement or transformation
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership role
