Job Description

Ensure client transaction processing is complete, corporate actions have been booked correctly & security pricing is accurate.

Review pricing of portfolios, confirming securities such as equities, options, futures, bonds & OTC derivatives are priced correctly. Gather security prices from vendors such as Bloomberg & ICE when necessary.

Operate and oversee reconciliation technology to deliver Investment Manager positions and profit & loss reconciliations.

Perform GAV reviews

Liaise with custodians, brokers and other counterparties on an ongoing basis for break resolutions and process improvements.

Respond to queries from clients in a timely and efficient manner.

Support the new client onboarding processes.

Involvement in projects and managing change.

Oversight of reconciliation and data transmission technology.

Qualifications

University degree in Computer Science, Math, Finance, Accounting or an equivalent combination of education.

Candidates will require at least 2 years’ experience within the investor services or asset management industry.

Understanding of securities such as equities, bonds, forwards, futures, options & OTC derivatives.

Experience with a reconciliation technology, a portfolio management system or an investment accounting general ledger is an asset
