Reporting to the Associate Director of Investor Operations, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to asset servicing and operational solutions. This entry-level role is perfect for candidates with a diploma or degree in a business-related field, as well as those with client service experience. Your responsibilities include managing daily deliverables, responding to inquiries, and supporting management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Complete daily deliverables following company guidelines
• Address client and deliverable issues promptly
• Respond to queries from various stakeholders
• Participate in team meetings and share insights
• Assist in department projects and risk management
Requirements:
• Degree in business or relevant experience preferred
• 0-2 years in financial services or client service
• Knowledge of investor services processes is a plus
• Existing customer service experience beneficial
• Interest in operational excellence and teamwork
