Job DescriptionThe Associate Operations Representative processes routine data and online transaction inputs, and may balance transactions and deposits received from clients and branches. The role emphasizes throughput, accuracy, and production.
Responsibilities- Follow established processing guidelines and refer exceptions to the manager.
- Process work volumes within service benchmarks and contribute to business SLAs and KPIs.
- Review documents for completeness and maintain the quality and accuracy of daily work.
- Follow operational risk policies, procedures, standards, and authorities.
- Support client service and participate in coaching and learning activities.
- Client focus and efficient, accurate data entry skills.
- Ability to work with high volumes and strict time frames.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
Knowledge of commercial deposit processing or cash processing is an asset.
